Drew and Dye may not have gone onto worldwide fame, but they were signed to Apple by Paul McCartney. After making the deal, Sir Paul recorded with the duo on August 14, 1968 at Trident Studios in London. McCartney spent 13 hours producing their demos and playing on the session.

This is the official Apple Corps Ltd. publishing contract for the musical duo “Drew and Dye” as songwriters for Apple Publishing.

The complete original six page contract is signed by Drew and Dye. The contract was originally sold by Fraser’s Autographs in London (UK #F59348) together with a guitar that McCartney played on the session. The guitar was sold separately at Julien’s Auctions in October, 2018. Letters of Provenance for this signed contract from Fraser’s and Peter “Dye" Dymond  are included.
