Photographer Tom Morton has a bunch of unusual stories. The one behind this photo is especially good. It's one of the very few professional live shots taken of The Beatles that has never been published. The band was scheduled to play Cincinnati on Saturday, August 20, 1966, but because of a torrential rain storm and the risk of electrocution, they played a "double header" the next day at Busch Stadium in St Louis.
Here's one of the photos from that musical marathon. The band played its final concert just a few days later (at Candlestick Park in San Francisco), so this is one of the last shots of the band performing live.
